Thank you, Cleam for leading me to this blog! After the holiday season or just any time life happens and you abandon healthy food in favor of whatever is nearby or comes out of a packet or pouch, it's time for a "clean" break.

Like you said, everything with a balance. I looked it up though and someone already has that name.

My husband is diabetic and can only have 70 grams of sugar per meal. I make everything from scratch if possible. I decided it would be best to just turn the shopping list into a public post so that everyone can find it! I think where I get stuck is that I think the food is clean and healthy and so I eat what I want. Look clexn to reading more!
